The Accommodation Coordinator supports students, families, faculty and staff in understanding rights and responsibilities under the ADA/Section 504. Engages in an interactive process with students to evaluate requests for disability-related academic, physical, and technological accommodations at the University. Interprets medical, psychological, neuropsychological, and educational documentation to determine eligibility for requested disability-related accommodations. Provides extensive direct support to students with disabilities including but not limited to resolving conflicts related to accommodations; referring to appropriate campus and community resources.

Join the Special Collections department at the University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press as the Research Services Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide expert in-person and virtual services to a diverse community of patrons utilizing Special Collections materials. Under the direction of the Manager for Research Services, you will oversee daily operations in the Reading Room, including scheduling and supervising student employees, facilitating researchers’ use of collections, and filling reproduction requests. You will also maintain usage-related paperwork and relevant statistics as part of the department’s annual data collection and assessment work. The Research Services Assistant is expected to work onsite Monday-Friday during standard work hours. This role may require occasional evening and weekend hours for special events and programming.
