In addition, the desired clinical area of expertise includes Adult Health Nursing with preferred simulation experience. Expectations also include participation in scholarship and service activities. Faculty are encouraged to teach in both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Qualifications for the Continuing Track Instructor position include a master’s degree in nursing, active U.S. RN licensure with eligibility for Delaware licensure, and a demonstrated record of successful teaching experience, including didactic, online, simulation and clinical in undergraduate nursing programs.
